Calling all mural artists to join the River Country Art Trail!

FORM Building a State of Creativity is pleased to announce four large scale mural opportunities in Regional NSW, across the Murray River Council footprint.

There are a total of five artwork opportunities available to artists within the River Country Art Trail project. These are water tower murals in Barham, Mathoura, Moama and Moulamein, and a sculptural work in Tooleybuc to be advertised in a future brief.

This project presents the opportunity to create iconic artwork that articulates and contributes to the region’s unique identity. Designed to be high quality and engaging, the completed artworks will draw visitors to these regional towns, showcase their natural and historical assets, and become iconic landmarks that are celebrated by each community, placing River Country on the map for visitors near and far.

Expressions of Interest are to be submitted via email. Please read the Artist Brief for site specific details and artwork themes, as well as submission requirements.

The selection process for the opportunities will occur across two stages. The successful designs will be selected by the Murray River Council.

Expression of Interest submission closes 5pm, Monday 20th May 2024.
