I began my mural career through community-driven projects and festival opportunities, translating my fine art and illustration background into large-scale public works. My early involvement with projects such as the Vibrance Festival and Neighbourhood House in Hobart and subsequent commissions with Bidencopes Lane marked the foundation of my practice, and since then I have developed a portfolio of site-specific murals across Tasmania.
Hobart City High School murals Shortlist (house-themed corridor walls celebrating Tasmanian flora and fauna).
TasNetworks Bridgewater substation memorial mural, commemorating community and personal history WIP
Bidencopes Lane mural featuring nine Tasmanian species, completed as part of a major CBD laneway revitalisation.
Educational mural and illustration work for Hobart Airport, highlighting endangered species and conservation awareness.
JackJumpers Substation Mural for grand opening of Jack Jumpers Training Facility.
Alongside murals, my work has been exhibited at the Moonah Arts Centre, Wild Island Gallery, and across Tasmania through my Echoes of the Wild series, combining art with conservation outcomes.
I hold three tertiary qualifications in Fine Art, Design, and Illustration, and bring over a decade of professional practice to my public art projects. I am fully insured through NAVA public liability insurance, experienced in safe work practices, and proficient in project management from concept through to delivery. I also am a workshop artist for school holiday classes at Kickstart Arts seasonally.
My mural practice is grounded in bold use of colour, layered storytelling, and technical adaptability across a wide range of wall surfaces. Every project is approached as both an artwork and a community experience, designed to leave a lasting visual and cultural impact.
Hobart Airport – Created an educational artwork series featuring the Spotted Quoll, Masked Owl, Swift Parrot, Tasmanian Devil, and Wedge-tailed Eagle. I loved how this project combined conservation storytelling with public engagement in a high-traffic environment, reaching both locals and visitors.
Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary & The Raptor Refuge Tasmania - All works donated to raise awareness and profits for endangered species awareness.
TasNetworks (Bridgewater Substation) – Designed and installed a memorial mural honouring Will Trinder, blending personal narrative with native flora. This will be a powerful project where art became a tool for remembrance and community healing. WIP
Hobart City High School Shortlist – Delivered large-scale corridor mural proposals celebrating the school’s four houses, weaving Tasmanian flora and fauna into the design. I enjoyed seeing students engage with and feel proud of the identity created for their school spaces.
Bidencopes Lane (Vibrance Projects) – Painted a mural featuring nine Tasmanian species in a central Hobart laneway. The challenge of scale and species detail made this an exciting opportunity to transform a busy public space.
Jack Jumpers Training Centre Substation - WIP contracted mural in Kingsborough Region on the Grand Opening 2026 for the Jack Jumpers Tasmania.
Moonah Arts Centre – Exhibited Far Niente, a still-life exhibition celebrating quiet moments and colour harmonies. This was a chance to explore a more contemplative side of my practice.
Kickstart Arts – Ran multiple workshops, including pet portraiture and youth engagement projects. These experiences were rewarding for their hands-on community interaction and creativity.
