Mural Artist Perth
I have been drawing and painting for most of my life. From a young age, I loved creating very detailed drawings on paper and playful, colourful paintings on large canvases.
In 2015 I made the leap from large canvas paintings to even larger mural paintings, providing me the opportunity to create pieces of art that interact with the surrounding environment.
Recently I obtained a High Risk Work licence to operate boom-lifts above 11 metres as I just completed painting a 10-story building with another artist friend. I have my white card so that I can work on construction sites and my Safe Work From Heights certificate. I also have public and product liability insurance up to $20,000,000.
I am confident that I would be capable of taking on and completing any mural work offered to me.
I don't really like to stick to one theme. One of the things that excites me the most about mural painting is the opportunity to look into different subjects thoroughly and dream up a completely new creation that I can bring into the world.
Mural Projects Worked On
Amongst the range of commercial projects I've completed, three of my most well-known are the native flora and fauna paintings and a portrait of Courtney Ugle on the Bulwer Plaza building in North Perth, the portrait of Frida Kahlo on Stirling Highway in North Fremantle for the Mexican homewares and jewellery shop Plata Bonita and all the water themed murals throughout Watertown Brand Outlet Centre. I have so much fun working on these very public pieces as I get to interact with the community as I work and see first hand the joy it brings people to have a bit more colour brought into their daily commutes.
